Freestyle native APP will soon come out for clock

At a diabetes fair (Ada Conference in Chicago) Abbot has published an image of his next application that will have Connection with Apple Watch.Although putting connection with a clock I imagine that it will also be available for Android.

Unfortunately, the Tiktok user who published the Noticia, says that it seems that it will not have direct connection to the sensor as the Dexcom G7 has.

I do not know if it will have something to do but a few days ago I received an ABBOT email and they said that the app was now better and that I upload it, but when I try it, it tells me that there is no update, I do not know if this email will have arrived or if you have been able to update, in short, the same has been advanced as the mail.

In the US there is already the native Abbott app for the Apple Watch (and iPhone) and it looks pretty cool:

In the US, the majority use iPhone, just like when I arrived in Spain they released it for Android.

Although the GlucoDataHandler already works perfectly on Android, everything is said.It doesn't seem like an urgent need nowadays on Android.

However, when I had Apple, unofficial applications tended to be blocked by the iPhone itself.They stopped after a while and the data was not updated.

But the bummer is that you have to put it with a new sensor, it doesn't work with one already started.

Qué buena noticia que ya esté disponible en España @Sherpa41 , aunque tenga ese límite de requerir sensor nuevo. Seguro que para la gente que puede renovarlo pronto les facilitará mucho ver la glucemia en el Apple Watch sin sacar el móvil.

Cuando lo pruebes, estaría genial que contaras cómo va la sincronización y la estabilidad, que suelen ser clave para estas apps.

Muchas ganas de que esto avance también para Android, que para muchos de nosotros sería un gran plus.

@Sherpa41 en esa app podríamos ver los datos de mi hija a través de librelink up? O solo es para el usuario del sensor.

Mi hija y yo usamos android/ watchdrip/ amazfit bip 6.

@TheMechanik La app oficial de Abbott para Apple Watch muestra los datos del sensor asociado a la app Libre de tu propio iPhone. De momento, no permite ver directamente en el reloj los datos de otra persona a través de LibreLinkUp.
