Hello, good I usually have a 0.15 breakfast ratio, I wait 20 minutes and I have no rises about 140 which is my limit. But it has already happened twice that I have eaten fruit the first time apple and today banana and at the time it rose me a lot (180) but then it starts to go down right away and at two hours I have it normal as if I had not eaten fruit, my questionIs it because this happens is purely because the fruit does not feel good to breakfast simply? And how could you solve thank you very much.

Fresh fruit has a high glycemic index (IG), so it raises quite and initially, glucose.
You can try to "reduce" this mixing fresh fruit with fat (Greek yogurt, toast oil, nuts, ...)
