The fact is that when I did the test I had 140 and I do not know if the dizziness is because it gave me a descent or why, 140 I do not consider it low but vice versa a little high-

Please, if you can help me or thank you because I don't know how to act in these cases and it happens to me many times.

THANK YOU!!!:-/

In short, should you talk to your endeso much is studied ..

Hello Isa,

It is also possible that it has nothing to do with diabetes, where I live, these days it is making a lot of heat, so it is not surprising that there are cases of heat stroke, or decreases of tension ... maybe they go forHere the shots could be?

Have you looked if you have well calibrated the glucometer?

Another possibility is that you had hypoglycemia, but, if you had your fingers with a sweet rest (for having collected the sugar, for example), the result can be wrong.

In case of doubt it is advisable to repeat glycemia control.

Greetings

Hello Isa, I am type 1 diabetic, for 29 years (I was born in 1992), never with glycosylated above 7%, currently 6.4%, I have been having dizziness for 5 years, come and go, I also give meTachycardia When I get dizzy, in short, I have been in a specialist in a specialist, the neurologist being well says that it is vestibular migraine, the cardiologist says that it is a cardiac neuropathy that when I give me those tachycardias me dizzy, in short, nowAfter 5 years the symptoms are more aggravated and more frequent, it is practically afraid to leave my house because everything gets worse outside it (the house), in no neurological and cardiac and cerebral test nothing appears, and I honestly whenIt cannot be demonstrated with any type of proof that there is physiological damage makes me think that it may be an unrelated anxiety. On July 17 I have an appointment with the psychiatrist, I will tell you that he told me, luck and encourage!

Hi @Valante92,

I regret to read that you are going through so many difficulties with your dizziness and tachycardia.I understand how frustrating it can be when you visit several specialists and you can't find clear answers.Let me offer you some ideas and suggestions to consider before your appointment with the psychiatrist.

It is important to keep in mind that I am not a doctor, but here there are some possibilities that you could discuss with the psychiatrist and other health professionals:

Anxiety: As you mentioned, anxiety can manifest through physical symptoms such as dizziness and tachycardia.Chronic stress or unrelated anxiety could intensify these symptoms. It would be useful to speak with the psychiatrist about your concerns and symptoms so that they can assess whether anxiety can be playing an important role in your symptoms.

Eating disorders: although it is less common in people with type 1 diabetes, eating disorders such as diabulimia can affect physical and emotional health. These disorders can cause dizziness and tachycardia due to imbalances in glucose levels and electrolytes.Talk to your psychiatrist about your relationship with food and possible eating disorders.

Other medical disorders: although your medical tests have been normal so far, there could still be other underlying conditions that could be causing your symptoms. You could mention this to the psychiatrist to make sure that all medical possibilities have been considered and discarded properly.

Remember that the psychiatrist is a trained mental health professional and can evaluate your symptoms, background and make an adequate diagnosis.Do not hesitate to ask all your concerns and questions during consultation to get a better understanding of what could be happening.

I wish you good luck in your appointment with the psychiatrist and I hope you find answers and relief soon.Cheer up and do not hesitate to seek additional support if you need it!

@Fer, thank you very much for the speed of answering and for your dedication when answering, you will see how everything in more or less proportion, which makes me suspect that it is not a dysautonomy, is that in 90% of the situations that areda are always away from home. This makes me think more about something psychological than physiological, apart from the 120 tests that I have done, of course, most of the private one because the public say that it is a bit saturated!I will tell you when I go to the consultation. All the best.

I understand that you suspect that your symptoms can have a psychological origin due to the relationship with the environment. It is positive that you consider different possibilities.

I hope your appointment with the psychiatrist gives you more clarity and guidance on this possible connection.

Communicate all relevant details and maintain an open attitude during the consultation.

I hope you find answers and solutions that help you.A lot of encouragement!

@diabestico hahaha has made me funny your comment, for the simple fact that I thought the same before, you will see when no test sheds any light, everything is well physiologically and the result that the cardiologist and the neurologist give you (as a simple fact for the simple fact (by the simple factTo be diabetic, which is not simple we always have more risks than most "healthy" people) because we will have to open the mind, it has always been said that the brain controls everything and why not rule out that possibility?:) :)
