Tiramisu
Ingredients:
cake:
• 8 clear
• 2 eggs
• 1 CDA of water
• 5 timed from granulated sweetener
• 1 cdta of vanilla essence100g of wandering flour
• 2 Ties of corn starch

cream:
• 200g of white cheese calories
• 1 CDA of skim vanilla yogurt
• 1 flavorless gelatin cda
• 2 tiles of lemon juice
• 1 CDA of Porto
• 4 tufts of granulated sweetener
• 3 clear

armed:
• 150 cc of soluble coffee
• Diabetic bitter cocoa
• Mint leaves
• Coffee grain

Preparation:

1. For the cake: beat the whites, eggs, water and sweetener.Perfumate with the essence and add the sifted lift flour next to the corn starch, integrating with enveloping movements.

2. Pour the preparation on a plaque previously lined with butter paper.Extend it so that it is a couple and cook in preheated and moderate oven approximately 10 minutes.Let cool and unmold.

3. For the cream: mix white cheese, yogurt and jelly -free jelly in the lemon juice and cooked for 30 seconds in the microwave.Then, add the Porto, the granulated sweetener and the clear beaters about to snow.Integrate with enveloping movements.

4. For the assembly: cut with cutting the same diameter as the cups of cake circles.Place a dough disk at the bottom of the glass, moisten with soluble coffee and pour a portion of cream.Cover with another cagochuelo album, sprinkle with coffee and complete with the remaining cream.Sprinkle with bitter cocoa and decorate with mint leaves and coffee beans.Cool well before serving.

This recipe is Argentina, right?That of cake, assembly and lifting flour: shock: ... points out the pampa unequivocally.

Ohhh this dessert is good!

No Owash, this dessert is not Argentine they already deal with delicacies: the dulce de leche!This dessert, the Tiramisu, is 100% Italian now as Argentines are also "half" Italians should also do it for those places;)
