Hi, Julia.
It is normal that you feel like that.It seems that the ground opens under your feet and that you have to look for another point of support. But do not hurry, that as soon as you begin to know how to handle diabetes, namely the theme of carbohydrates-insulin-exercise, the uphill begins to become a much more plain path, with some other bump, how not, but bearable.
And if you find travel colleagues, it can even be enjoyable.

Raise the doubts you have, which will be enough, and we will guide you in what we can.

Welcome home.

Hi Julia, Welcome !!!
We have all gone through that first moment of bewilderment, but as Alea tells you, then everything is much more bearable than we think at the beginning.Tell us what treatment you carry and everything you can think of, any questions .... whatever you want.

Kisses
