Diabetes and pregnancies

As I have already mentioned in some post I have 2 children. My previous educator by raising the second pregnancy he put his hands on his head, I sincerely did not ask the risks because he wanted to have 2 children anyway. The girl was also too alarmist andI didn't give more importance.
Now I consider a third:-/, the controls every time I take them better and I am for 100%diabetes. It would not be somewhat immediate but a possibility for the future (to see if this crisis happens ...: Twisted :).
Now I have endocrine and I have not raised it, I would like to hear your opinions, both of experiences and risk, come on, everything that can entail a 3 pregnancy into a diabetic, in order to value and continue with the idea or discard it completely.

If your controls are good and stable, and your hem is below 7, I do not think that a third pregnancy has a major problem than the previous ones.
