But Lucia, do you prepare it with the leaves?I scheme it before, to try ... but at first very well,
Then there were many descents and left it, but of course I insulin to eye, because I did not have the expert meter that is already something else.
Talk very well about that plant if it is true.

@hansolo I go out to walk every night of work, I try to walk three times a day.And it comes from pearls, which does not use it to lower a 300 but to avoid them, that routine works very well.I think you don't have to see that walk as a punishment, I use it to chat with whoever accompanies me or to relax when I go alone.
Of course with 300 fast, each what you need

Greetings,

Indeed, to get off 300 I would prick 2 quickly, so care that we are all a world. In my debut they also told me that if I am high I do not put me to exercise, but it is true that some Saturday that I have glued a little walk in the afternoon of 3 hons or going by bike, then it ends up going down. But of course, I wouldn't do that after dinner a cold jiji night, there I would apply the correction with rapid

I am very inexperienced in this, but I am reading that the sport makes glycemia upload and Ko leaves me;I enter Hip.I do not dare or run ... half an hour by bike and I am already with a candy or sugar. And that I go well from home (like a lot and I don't get fast) Is it because of the honeymoon?

PD have not yet talked about any sensitivity kpi either.

@ruthbia if you go out with high blood glucose to do sports, it may not get off, but they are never two equal days or we are all the same.
When it comes to sprint and revolutionize your heart if you go with glycogen load it may be that it produces a climb to me sometimes, it is not always, it is true that I have noticed that I have ever noticed what has been when I have been loadedof glucogen.
I can go out to make long bike training that are usually hours of more, if I go high above 220 I do not go down, I can be two hours to strong rhythms and I do not get off, I get half you and we are still the same, now when I wearThe unit begins the party already.
I try to go out to train above 200, I say I try hahaha.
Do not stop doing sports because although it is difficult to control it is beneficial for our body, it is a particular advice that there are people who agree with them and people who do not.

Thanks @jconegar.
I never liked the sport, this point has been one of the most disgusting things that the diabets brought me.Just the way, that yes to a good step because I do not walk slowly.
In this year and peak, only quick glycemia drops record with this type of exercise.I suppose that when my pancreatic reservation is over, they will give me ups like everyone else.

Walking is the best sport that exists and you do not injure articulations, it has countless benefits. If you walk and you like sport you like, what happens is that sometimes we don't relate it as a sport. You never really leave it very beneficial for us.

I read many, old and recent comments on this very delicate issue: lower the sugar ...., but in all, I do not read anything or very weird that they think about food;I have no problem about this because I always "control" what I eat and if there is a "climb", I do not despair because it is just a "glucose peak" (+/- to 250) and that will go down soon and that "error"To eat something that rises excessive, I will never do it anymore (at least that I try);) please rehearse this method that works !!:)>-

It works relatively @ani because at least my body does not have two days equal, which today is doing well, tomorrow with the same food and insulin regime shoots me 250 without apparent reason.
Apart from exercising that they always recommend it for the body to have constant blood glucose consumption, if I go over 250 I put a corrective dose that lowers me between 120-130 mg/dl, but to date, onlyI have had to do it 2 times because as you say @ani I control what as and never happened to me.

Congratulations my dear and pretty @ruthbia !!!It is like that, every day being very attentive what is ingested and relative to the dose of insulin, because it is a great reality that both are very linked; Then the exercise and stress and other personal and individual situations are combined; When I said: I rise to 250 my sugar, it is true that only at certain times to the anus !!!(Never every day) I understand why?Of that climb and lasts between 1 or 1.30h, but the rest, after 40os, I am very attentive, orderly and moderate in my food !!!(I LIKE YOUR PROFILE-PHOTO AND YOUR WAY TO SEE THE DISEASE) GREETINGS AND ANIMO, FAMILY !!!>: D <

To do sports being diabetic is a party, at least in my case.I try to walk 6km daily (1 hour) and apart I do pilates and at home I give the spinning bike and almost always look at the blood glucose before, during and after, it is a roll but it compensates me in every way.I never liked to play sports, suspended gymnastics in the institute, with that I say everything but now for various injuries and also because of the problem I have with the thyroid I try to be something primary, I take it as an obligation I go but reality but realityis that I feel phenomenal both physically and mentally. Now, I never use it as a method to lower hyperglycemia and less than 300, moreover, I understand that it is not advisable to exercise with such a high blood glucose.

I have always suspended in gymnastics;I don't like sport, or see it on TV.I get tired of thinking about it and I have no willpower.
Walking costs me less, so the day I leave (not all) I'm 9km in an hour and a half or so;I have tried to walk to all sides.

Well I want to make some point with permission from @jconegar.We must distinguish aerobic exercise from anaerobic, the exercise of moderate intensity or much intensity. It is always important to know 2 things before exercise: glycemia and quantity/type of exercise, then you can add schedules and others to reduce insulin or increase kcal.I do not recommend exercising with high blood glucose, it can be worse and bring consequences, much less if it is intense, in those cases of fast, drinking a lot of water and a moderate walk.Returning to exercise every day is different and our body will react differently do not care that we have the same glycemia, eat/snack or do the same exercise, here 2+2 are never 4. There are intensity exercises that rise glycemia by theMuscle and adrenaline glucogen, this always creates alarm when we are going to dinner and we find a magnificent +200 with the beating we have given, climbing the rapActive rest The effect will be the opposite if we have put faster and as is logical eaten less we already have the guaranteed hypo.In order not to be fair as @ruthbia comments if we go with a fair or medium glycemia a high IG fruit can come well for before exercise. There are people who control their pulsations, we have to have glycemia and their trend controlled.I understand that you have repair @ruthbia but that is to know your body and how it reacts to such submission to different exercises and intensities and from that moment to use insulin and food, but do not stop practicing sports or exercise.Your case may be very rightly due to what you say, that your pancreas reserves play a bad pass.

@Luvi you are a crack, thanks for all the explanation you have given.Uffff do not tell me about the peaks produced by adrenaline, this is a chestnut and not little fat, it is complicated but you have it to know what we happen and it costs us.People close to us know it because they see us crazy continuously calculating.

All the reason with what you said @luvi

I have been going for many years and I know that the levels are going to lower me so I have to play down fast, drinking hydrates and recovering with gels.

Now he has also given me to do gymnastics, specifically Calistenia at a level of enough intensity and short duration through one of those Android applications.I like it but I see that the levels rise like a rocket for what I am studying how to face the problem. For now I am considering the possibility of doing gymnastics and then going to run.I would fix two problems of a tacada: braking and reduce the rise production by calisthenics made to high intensity and surely would have to resort to the gel to 30-40 minutes of running.

In case you or someone knows what Calisthenics is, it is basically to do gymnastics only with the body, without the help of weights, dumbbells, devices, tensioners, etc. Here are some links to get an idea (do the number of the goat or do it or believe that I get to do it, nor want to do it, I say it in case someone sees almost circus exercises):

Link
Link
Link

You asked me @sigsauer about the application. The application is called Runtastic Results, it is within Runtastic (this page has enough applications all related to sport), to have Runtastic results completely with a "coach" that you plan exercises you must pay Runtastic Premium

Link
Link

I have left for free 3 months of Runtic Premium thanks to "that I am very applied" and I leave 3 or 4 days a week to run and what I do gives me points in Wefitter:

The truth is that I have noticed improvement in force, flexibility, elasticity, legs, abdomen since I have been doing calisthenia.I have tried Mammoth Hunters, Fitstar, Freeletics
