Almond milk (without sugar)

Every day I took my glass of almond milk (almendina) suitable for diabetics.

My endocrine has eliminated it and told me to drink lactose milk.

What do you think?

I am between diabetes I and II and with several pills .... I don't think they take long to prescribe the insulin.

@Susal, an insulin -dependent can take and eat everything, without more limitations than know HC = insulin units.What I do not understand is why you have to drink milk (lactose, lavishing, low in fat, cow, goat, donkey .. etc) or any substitute.

That endocrine should think that lactose -free milk has fewer hydrates, but has more glycemic index than normal.

I have changed the skim milk for light soybean drink that gives me 3.6g HC a glass.And it is great.
The 0% almonds also goes well, but coffee knows me very bad.
