Homemade muffins

I just made homemade muffins with 100g of spelled flour and 100g of pastry flour.

1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, 100g sunflower oil and two eggs.

I have left 9 muffins.

I have been insulin (basal) for a few days and I recognize that the incidence of glucose hydrates I ask for advice is not assessed.

What do you think?

THANK YOU!

Each Magdalena has about 20g of flour, so that it will be little more than 20 g of bread, which is a ration
The best thing is that you calculate it under the low and you adjust insulin.
At breakfast you usually need faster by ration.

I would not know how to tell you but paint that between flours, sugar and oil each Magdalena will have about 25-30g of HC, according to your sensitivity you will need more or less insulin.
If you know that a 1 ud of insulin processes you 1 ration (or 10 GHC) or 1.5 rations, I would put myself 2 and measure at two hours to see.
If you take milk, go up the units because at breakfast as @"Regina" says there is some insulin resistance and makes less effect and later.
