I have had a couple of weeks with higher glycems than usual.Although I am exercising at home, I think that I inevitably move less and I also realized that, the first days, at noon I ate a little more than the usual (I as at work and I have very measured amounts in thetuppers) ...
So my highest glycems the choca to those first days of more lack of control and that I also had the rule ...

I have changed the factors a bit since there is no gym and occasionally I have to put some correction.

Although I still exercise at home and go running (here they still let us out) the truth is not the same.I have also lost my routines a bit.

@meginer

I think you're fine in 64!There is very little difference with the 60s. But you will tell me that there is also little 64 and 67 etc etc.I understand that you have a reference so as not to lack the weight.Since you exercise regularly, it only occurs to me that you would have to reduce the amount of carbohydrates that you take daily and control the type of fat that you take in meals. You can eat quality proteins (egg, chicken, sardines etc) As you don't have much overweight, I think it will cost you time to lower your weight and you would have to be patient.Your only option is the reduction of daily calories and insist patiently. But if after a while, three months, you see that you do not find yourself or change the character, leave it and return to your current weight that is not far from your reference either

Jldiazdel, is that I am little, I measure 157, so for me, 64 is enough, they have always told me that I cannot weigh that, that it does not seem but then they see that they are surprised, it will be that the musculature weighs me, haha haha.Like few rations of hydrates, I can't go down anymore, as for a half-day end about 10-12 daily, no more.

@meginer Well yes, the muscles weigh.I do not enter my pants when my leg grows. They are elastic but not infinite :)

I have the theory that diet weights away but daily stress also helps diets more effective.

Good morning:
The same thing happens to me, and I blame it for lack of intense physical exercise.Since I get up and breakfast, he spends 30 minutes through Urirox, he climbs 60 or 80 about what he already had. When we start our activity, the body is activated and the lively glucose liver.
I correct it punctured before (40 minutes) of breakfast.

Greetings

Account, count.I am right there by controlling the basal with respect to the rapid. From 28 I'm going for 14. I wanted to lower it more but I'm already noticing before breakfast. The balance must walk around.
thank you

Taking advantage of the work at home, I click Novorapid at 8:00 and breakfast at 9:00, by then still does the insulin effect, even about 10mg/dl and dl and it makes me beak !!!It is incredible as in the morning it is impossible for this to work, so that they tell us that we hope 20 min.

I have uploaded 2 units the basal and 1 you quickly with confinement.I do 1 hour every day of gap, last night with hypoglycemia included.

I don't know, but lately I am atrocious hunger and matches me the fall in insulin resistance. It cost me 1 month again to have normal values.

I have modified today ..
I have put 46 of Basal but at breakfast I have climbed from 2 to 3 the rapid.
In food from 3 to 5 fast .. from 9 in the morning to 7 in the afternoon, it has remained great
2 hours after eating was in 144. Arriving at 7 in the afternoon at 110.
From there, it has begun to shoot at 8, an hour later at 164. Until a week once afterwards my glucose was going down for dinner to 120 or so and not shooting up.
