Hello,
Today I have finally decided to write here and present myself, although I have been reading the forum since July or so.
I debuted in Lada (I finally know it) last June 2021, so you will have already deduced that I am a certain age, 56 specifically.I was very good, except some pain in the articulations and terrible insomnia.During Holy Week of this year I noticed that from afar I saw blurry, but it passed quickly, so I did not give importance.
I went to the emergency department because I had a leg, the left, more "big" than the right and since I had been vaccinated with Janssen, my daughters squeezed me to go outside to be a thrombus.Well, it wasn't a thrombus (I still don't know what produced it, I've spent a couple of months with my leg like that and he has left alone), but he had almost 500 glucose. When the emergency nurse asked me if it was a diabetic and I told her no, my heart turned my heart. That first night they started home as soon as the glucose went down to 145 and with prescription of metformin, but the next day I was again in 380 ...
Fortunately I have an acquaintance who is pediatric endocrine, when he almost shouted that he ran to an emergency again and that he would stop before his clinic (private) to make me a glycosilada, which gave the beautiful amount of 13 and peak.
Upon arriving at the emergency room I met the typical sage that mistreated me saying that what I was going to (metformin) had not yet done effect, so I rode a good nativity scene and they took me seriously.I left there with a diagnosis of DM2 and with slow and fast insulin, without any formation and the little that gave me totally wrong.More than five days passed until I could see my family doctor, who told me that from DM2 nothing, than a DM1 like a cathedral.
Thanks to that well -known endocrine, which guided me the first week (still doing it), which put me in two days a freestyle of his clinic and controlled me, I think I am here writing without having gone through hospitalization and others.
Ten days after debuting they summoned me in the endocrine, who confirmed that it looked like a 1, but that he was so satisfied with what I was doing guided by my endocrine friend.I went with a glycosilada of 8.1 which is very good in just fifteen days.
He did not remove or put a comma to treatment, of course they did not offer me diabetic education, no regime, or anything.Only he lost a little, although he was a normal.
That he learned to count hydrates (neither table nor anything) and run until September.
As I already have a respectable age (Tururú, maturity is a teenage with gray hair) to make the fool, I have followed all the advice of my endocrine friend to the letter and I am currently injecting very little insulin (6 of slow and 2-1-1 fast), of course I have hardly eaten throughout the summer.I, as I am injecting and not vice versa.I started with 14 slow and 7-6-6 quickly and I had to go down to avoid the undesirable dowers, which by the way I do not notice.
In September I had the first review with the endocrine, in which he confirmed that I have a good pancreatic reserve; He even took a picture of my free curve because I was planned and 100% in the range. He did not believe it and naturally became very happy. He no longer sees me until March 2022.
I carry Freestyle 2 that I pay me, although the SS has already prescribed it to me on September 24, but they will not give it to me until November (if someone understands something, to explain it to me).Without the Free I don't know how to live.
With the change from station to autumn I have begun to have dowers in the morning and at night, although it may be because the weekend took some other summer red with homemade 0% and the liver has become lazy to release the glucagon.
The fact is that I have a weekly week, because an anxiety has entered meTerrible and I am chopping raw nuts or anacardos almost all day.
I can't help it, but I get a feeling of losing the battle that I don't like.
My endocrine friend has told me that I should not gain a gram, click the insulin and take great care because I will preserve my pancreatic reserves.
My question: if I punish me so little insulin and it happens to me eating, is it normal to pull my reservations?
And another issue, my glycosylated hemoglobin in the free is 5.5, but 6.1 in blood tests, I suppose it is because of the difference between the free and the capillary, right?
And another very important one (hehe) what the hell can you eat between hours if anxiety enters and does not fat or up the glucose?Because this morning I have eaten a super small Golden apple and has given me a rush, from 90 to 156 in the free ...
Thanks for reading this rollazo.
Greetings everywhere.
