Good afternoon.

I do not usually drink beer but once especially in summer, I feel like a fresh beer, I have seen that the Cruzcampo beer without alcohol The 100 ml bottle has 0 HC.

Is it really like that? Nothing ups on you?

It is not so.
Nutritional information says it contains 5.2 grams of HC per 100 milliliters:

@meginer

Alcohol without alcohol has more ch q the beer pils.

Here I have found a beer with about 4 gr of alcohol and only 2.5 gr of CH per 100 gr.But it cost me a lot of work to find her.

I do not understand that in normal beer do not put the composition in most cases and in beer without usually coming.In my case, if I am low glycemia, about 90, and I take the equivalent of a cane I usually stay in 110-120 in general.In fact my wife says that sometimes I caused me to stay low to take advantage of a beer.I say no, but sometimes ... I'm going to tell you ...

@Meginer In my case, alcohol beer rises much more sugar than normal.I do not know if you live in Spain but if so, in Mercadona they sell the soft steinburg, it has the same alcohol as the normal but less HC, I barely upload the glucose when I take it.All the best.
