As I told you, I would teach my last analysis.
I started taking wheat germ to see if the cholesterol went down, and it turns out that the LDL has risen.
The endocrine has told me that at the moment he does not care about these results

You have very good results, cholesterol to see is not high !!
Esq being a bit to the limit is not dangerous either

hello.Cholesterol in 208 is above the limitrofe point but helps you high HDL.However, more than 70 in HDL I think it is something that you should see with the cardiologist.Normally HDL above 70 is athletes, but much more, it can be some condition that requires some treatment. It is what I have heard of my cardiologist.

Desde México. DB2. Metformina c/ 12hrs. No insulina. HCG22/02/21: 9.0. HCG 18/04/21: 7.4

@matrix The HDL must be greater than 65mg/dl, I am fine.
What is high is the total count, 208mg/dl.
I have the low LDL and the high HDL, the ideal.

No, HDL The higher the better, the better above 70 but many times that is something genetic.I usually have it in 55 or so, the total cholesterol rises a bit of 200 but it does not matter and also the LDL is low.
