Light tea ice cream for diabetics

Ingredients:

¼ liter of tea infusion
1 cup of orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
10 g of flavorless gelatin
1 cup of water
2 yolks + 1 egg clear
200 g of skim white cheese
Sweetener at ease

Preparation:

Mix the infusion of tea with the orange juice, the lemon zest, the jelly diluteless powder with water and beaten yolks.

Take moderate heat stirring until the preparation is hot.Remove and let cool.Add white cheese and sweeten at ease.

Apart, beat the clear snow to gradually unite the tea preparation, while mixing with the whipper.Pour in buckets and let the freezer cool for 20 minutes.Remove and stir.

Place again in the freezer until it cooled to a frozen point and then serve in posts.
