Hi, I'm new in the forum and type1 diabetes.Can anyone tell me 1 ration of Cuscus who has carbohydrates?
In Diabetes Foundation Table it has 65 but a diabetes recipe for letter 30 gr are 3 portions and I am made a mess

Approximate proof and aim data for the next time. The dehydrates tables are orientative ..

The one I usually buy, which is not integral, are 74.5 hydrates per 100 grams.
