Hello, I have seen these two colleagues in foods that do not have sugar, or fructose syrup, or anything like that. What can you tell me about them? Are they harmful to the care of blood glucose? And in other aspects?

Maltodextrin is a type of sugar that comes from starch (usually corn). It is caloric and is used a lot for its properties when creating certain types of food.
And the dextrose is pure glucose.
