Hello!I leave you a super easy recipe and that I love (I'm addicted to white chocolate !: p)
I use Stevia, if you want to use sugar there you, how better you go, but we try not to miss respect (it would not be the first time it happens here), each one who does it as he likes the most, after all I comein good faith to share the recipe :)
I hope you like it!Greetings!
Ingredients:
180gr.of white sugar chocolate
200ml of cream to mount
2 drops of liquid stevia (or more, to taste)
steps to follow:
1. Chop and melt the white chocolate in a saucepan, over low heat to the water bath, stirring.I always add a couple of tablespoons of water also so that it does not stick, and because I like the texture that remains.
2. Put the molten chocolate in a bowl, and add cold milk.
3. We beat the mixture well with some rods.
4. We serve it in the container that we like the most, and let cool 2 hours in the fridge.
5. We already have it!Fast, easy, and to suck your fingers!
Here you have it with photos of the process and a video: http: //dulcesdiabeticos.micd.technocampus.cat/mousse-de-chocolate-blanco-sin-azucar/
Greetings and have a good day!:)
