Sandia sorbet

Hello!

Today I leave a super simple and ideal recipe for the heat we are having these days because it is very cool, a sugarless watermelon sorbet.I hope you like it :)

ingredients:

200gr of watermelon
5gr of liquid stevia

steps to follow:

1. We cut the watermelon into pieces, and leave it in the freezer (the day or hours before at the time you want to take the sorbet).

2. When it is already frozen, we carefully separate the pieces of watermelon, which will have been stuck, and we put them in the ice chopper or the Thermomix.

3. We crush everything until you get a homogeneous mass.

4. Add the liquid stevia and stir a little more, and voila!

5. Now place it in the container you like the most, and enjoy!
