Hello!I would like to bake with a sweetener who crystallizes with heat.

Hi Anna, so I know the caloric sweeteners can crystallize with heat such as dextrose, the non -caloric ones do not think they can crystallize, perhaps the stevia.

I will proceed with Stevia to see but when I have k use so little I do not work well ... I will tell you !!
