Hello everyone !!I just registered in this forum for the following ... My girlfriend is diabetic (not dependent insulin or take pills daily), but it still has it and it is better to be able to control this matter all this matter, I have read a little and byWhat I could find out with a good diet rich in fibers and some exercise should look good.
For this I would like if you can give me some tips on what can be eaten and what is not ...
