Hello gutillo, I am debuting with diabetes and in a stop and I would like to start running, now that I have it more controlled.Could you give me some guidelines to go little by little?

There is only one rule to adjust your food with what you are going to run. As I ran by mount like my father and I click half of Humalog.If I'm going to run through the city, I shed Humalog 2/3.Ahh make you every hour to know if your insulin and food are tight.
I would put some circuits according to intensity and try it.

Thank you very much Gindillo, I'm going to start tomorrow to run about 20min through the park, to see how such.I just with Lantus right now, eating about 4R HC I don't think anything happens.

Without fast insulin it is rare that glycemia gets out a lot, but wich before and take something if you are just and find yourself to see how it has gone.So you can see the effect that exercise does.
