That such a good day, I come here with a question that has uneasy, I suffer from type 1 diabetes, I am insulin -dependent and I am 23 yearsWell they have offered products such as proteins and different products to be able to raise my muscle mass, I would like to know if I can take them or not, since if I would be interested in raising my muscle mass a little more, greetings and thank you very much.

Hello.I debuted less than a month ago but for what I have read the proteins should not perform any negative effect.Anyway I tell you from experience (I am a personal coach) that if you have recently signed up for the Gym you do not need any supplement.You can increase muscle mass simply with exercise and eating what you need.The supplements ask your endocrine that will be the one who can advise you better.All the best
