The head doctor prescribed me neuromade but the only two days I took them I have had rare data that I still do not know if it is because of the vitamins or other things that also happen to me.But, as a general response, neuromade.

Have the iron looked at you in the last analysis?Tiredness, being low in shape, often comes for this

Hello.A few weeks ago I also decided to take a multivitamin at breakfast due to tiredness, encouragement ... etc.Opt for Berocca (vitamins B1, B6, Biotin, B12, Pantotenic Acid, Folic Acid, Rivoflavin, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc).
After a few days 5 days I took it because my glycemia after breakfast were high. The truth is that I don't know if it was because of multivitaminic or chance.
I don't know if it is normal to rise blood glucose.

I have excess ferritin since debuting and I have cycles of exhaustion every 4 or 6 weeks.I get up and I'm exhausted, going for a glass of water is like running a marathon.
My endo doesn't know what to tell me.It's just one day, but what a day!
