hello,
First of all, thank you for this magnificent forum, and thank the people who make this forum a reference for those who, father like me, we want to learn more about the diabetes of our children.
My name is Sebas, and I am the father of a 14 and a half year old girl who debuted at 11. From the outset she is with Novarapid and Levemir, and so it has done well, with regulatory of the doses according to convenience.
At the moment no problem, and the last HB1AC at 7.6.

Again, thank you all

Welcome to the forum, Josebas.

My son turns 13 next month and debuted just two years ago.So the experience can be similar.
With these young men that are now a "walking hormone", having them below 7.0 is a miracle. In the last HB1AC, my son gave 7.2.

Any questions you have, do not hesitate to ask.Another thing is that I am able to answer!

Hello aaandres,
Thanks for the welcome.
My daughter 2 times that she takes 7.6 (this is as if it were a school, but vice versa; how much less better).
It is true that it costs a lot to go down, because it is normally fine (for me a good is to get less than 160), but there are always moments that there is a peak to 200 but that I suppose that HB

I continue the previous email that the computer was blocked ...

Well, that's why I suppose the HB1AC goes out to 7.6;But that we are going to do it, for now he says that neither dreaming of the iSnsulin pump nor with the continuous meter, says that he is much freer with the bolis ......

After all, she decides ......

Well, if you think about the pump and the meter, they will be similar cases, yes.;))

Thank you all for the welcome.

They go, if I am affiliated in the adlleid;Maybe we have coincided at a meeting.
In the next one they do, I will ask about "van" ..... and so we know each other.
Regarding the bomb, we were once someone came to present their bomb and their continuous meter (I no longer remember what laboratory it was), and for now my daughter seems to him that he has more freedom without having stuck in the body of any device .... Everything at his age .... I guess now he is too young .....

all the best.
