What glucose is good to go to sleep?
Hi, it's me again, I know a heavy but I have so many doubts? Please you can tell me what glucose measure is good to go to sleep.THANK YOU.
I have been going down the lantus progressively, and after lowering enough units, I have managed to bed with 100-120 and get up over 100.
I have had to increase quickly at all meals.I put the lantus at night.
I just like @Artorias.Right now I am in 70 and I'm going to take two plums before I go to sleep, and with that I put myself in 100 and I get up the same.I think between 110 and 120 is fine to go to bed.
For now I just put 6 from Lantus and I have a novorapid in case I have more than 120 before but not this happened to me one night but then I said 129 and I did not know if this would be fine.Thank you.
