Hello. To lunch at mid -morning I like a small snap of whole wheat bread with some sausage and coffee.I am clicking the rapid 45 min before eating so that it does not upload much but still rises between 180 and 200 and something.
Any suggestion so that it does not upload me so much?I add something that slows down?

No, because then goes down to normal levels.I just want to soften the peak and if I wear another one more quickly then will go down more?

Fibers and fats soften the climbs ... maybe adding a handful of nuts or almonds?

But what figure do you have before eating?

It will also depend a lot on the glymic index on what you eat, as if carbohydrates are slow or fast absorption.

I get up at good levels around 100 and I get 4 fast because if I don't get up.I take a coffee. (This is 7 in the morning). As a lunch at 10 30, I put 6 fast around ten minus. And lunch as I said a small sandwich with sausage, sausage, turkey ... and a coffee.Coca Cola Cola, another water ...
At eating I reach 120 or 100 according to the day.
The bad thing is that with free now I see that I have peaks of up to 200 and peak after lunch and I would like to eliminate it.
If I like a carrot or something, will it be the slowest absorption?

I would look if after meals it also happens as Regina says. For me the mornings are when I have the highest, that's why I hit a morning walk and thus breakfast like a queen. But if the walk cannot be given for French tortilla for something and a yogurt or infusion. This happens to me because Lantus clicks at noon and in the morning there is not even the crumbs ... but I compensate for it ... for a more quick point that you get down a lot, if you are in 200 and peak.A yogurt with nuts, lengthens .. softens the peak .. also uses igo lesser Ig and lower HC load, with turkey without starch or lactose or Iberian ham.

You can put one more quickly and eat a cookie or something to eat well ...

And an apple instead of cookie or carrot, how do you see it?

Test ..., the cookie told you with fiber, because it is very còmoda to eat between hours .., but try to see with the apple.Take a control one hour before eating or so, and, as you are, eat something fast or slow ...

@rafach I would do what @regina suggests.I would get 1 more unit and thus leave lunch: something with low IG at 10 30 and something with intermediate IG later to get to food well.
