I tell you that I have already been using an application on my phone that is very practical.
It is called Fat Secret and is incredibly useful in the count of our HC.
It can be downloaded for free on both Google Play and Apple Store.
Here you have the review of it, Saludines.

The calorie counter is an essential application to find nutritional information of the foods you consume and monitor your meals, exercises and weight easily.
The calorie counter is easy to use and has friendly tools, such as:
- A picador to find the calorific and nutritional power of your favorite meals, brands and restaurants.
- A barcode scanner, and manual input for barcode.
- A meal diary to plan and follow up what you are eating.
- An exercise diary to record all the calories you burns.
- A diet calendar to see its calories consumed and burned.
- A weight follower.
- An agenda to record your progress.

You can also synchronize your online account to access your information from anywhere, at any time.

I have been using it a few months ago and the truth is that it is great.Very useful for unusual meals or when you eat away from home, because it incorporates a section of restaurants and chains of very useful restorers.

I only use the food section to see its composition and calculate the rations of hydrates that I am going to eat.I have looked at the diet and weight control section.

It was recommended by my endocrine and very well.

A small summary of how I installed it but I don't clarify much.

I understand that you are looking for food and look where it puts carbohydrates.

If I remember my honeymoon in the year 92 and with 23 years it was the momentary illusion of thinking I have gone diabetes but I lasted little and then came the reality.
The famous calculation was by the HC's eye is incredible what we have advanced since then although ever enough.

Indeed Rafach This is how I use it although I have limited a lot what rice and potatoes is, fruits during the day without abusing them and everything is a matter of getting used to come that it is not so difficult.
