My daughter also gets Lantus at noon, it lasts24 hours and they do not give her no night.

Regina I am dawning a couple of days ago with 198 although when I measure at 4 in the morning I am in 125

I would go up one more at night ..
When you are in vacation or have more time, you can try to wear a single dose for the MA+Ñana or at noon.If the problem you had is that you uploaded in the afternoon, that change may come well, which is much more comfortable.
