Baked kiss, healthy recipe and complete food.

INGREDIENTS
1 kiss of a kilo and a half
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 garlic cloves
2 Fennel branches
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of vinegar
Salt

ELABORATION
We split the kiss, we empty it, we clean it and dry it well with a cloth.We make a pit along the spine.We separate the two fillets and cut the central spine to facilitate its withdrawal.

We recompose the kiss and in the center we put a sprig of fennel and another on the back.We sprinkle the kiss with oil, having introduced into an oven source.

We preheat the oven at medium temperature and introduce the tray with the kiss and let it bake for 15 minutes.

After this time we take out the kiss from the oven, we remove the fennel and sprinkle the interior of vinegar.

We sprinkle half of the garlic very chopped and the parsley.We close the fish, and we spray it again with the rest of the vinegar, adding again garlic and parsley.

We put the baked kiss again to gratin it for 10 more minutes.

We take it out and ready to serve.
