I wanted to tell you what happened to me to give me advice ... I live in Catalonia and for a few months instead of giving you the strips the nurse are given in the shown of the chap.Once a month I have to look for both the needles and the strips I need for the whole month. The last time I went to pick up was at the end of July and last week I went for strips and told me to spend next Monday because they didn't have.I went on Monday and they tell me that until Friday they do not arrive and then I told him that I had 4 strips left and that I need 6 daily. He went inside and after 20 minutes he goes out with a machine and a boat and tells me that he gives me 20 strips and that machine and that on Friday he will look for mine and that they return the machine that left me.
Even there everything is quite correct, my surprise was that at night I am going to click with that machine and I see that that machine needs a chip which I do not have xq I was not on the boat and I look at the boat and put expiration date 26/02/2010 .... that is, they had given me a machine without chip and on top of expired strips ... so I couldn't prick ... and on Tuesday it was a holiday in Catalonia ... that is, twodays without knowing how much he was.I have super control values and nothing else to think that I am going to be two days that way it entered anxiety ...
By the way, when I gave me those 20 strips and tells me that I try to click less ..., make 4 or 5 ..., I told him that I hope I didn't have to look at me once, but that my endocrine told meThat I looked at me 8 times and in the Cap they had already reduced two daily strips ....

My question is that if you think I would have to put a claim sheet, I think if I am not sure of the steps I have ..., to see if you can help me ...

Well, all products are obliged to put an expiration date ... you should return the strips warning of that to the nurse, it is very easy that he has not realized or not, or not, that anyone knows what is going throughthe minds of some.

You cannot trust the results of those strips ... one thing is that they are 1-2 months, nothing would happen, but 2 years is probably the strips give erroneous results.

The next time you go to the endo ask for a report to record the number of strips you need.
No one else can change the pattern that puts a specialist ...

He denounces, it is a mockery what they have done to you, I ask for an endoctino report to facilitate the strips without problems.
Greetings
