Private medical insurance and insulin bomb

Hello,
Does anyone know what private medical insurance company can you cover an insulin bomb in Spain?It would not be a matter of hiring the insurance already having the pump, but obtaining it through private health.

I believe that the unique private insurance who do that are the officials assisted by MUFACE with private health, but that someone confirms it.Do you have problems for Social Security?
