They just diagnoses diabetes, and I have to lose weight ... 10 kg in 2 months can anyone help me with some weight losing menus ???It urges me !!!

Hello friend/I guided you (I have 26 kilos in two years) although you advise you to lose many kilos fast (it can affect the muscles -fibromyalgia or muscular atrophy- or affect the heart ...).
I help you to make a healthy diet and give you some truquillos such as breakfast a little more (we spend those calories during the day) and have dinner somewhat less (earlier -they are fattened by what you eat after 6 pm-and with lighter hydrates -girl of rice and pasta at night-).

The best advice is to go to a dietitian, you can't lose 10k in 2 months on your own,
