Hello everyone, I am new in this forum, and I will tell you that I am 60 years old, and for the first time in my life it has come out that maybe I have diabetes, because I test the sugar with the homemade meter Elevise Breeze.

I am fasting, for several days with the figures of 190,108,110,128,101,92,128,132 and today 140, after doing the

proof.

Is this device reliable ................?

I am already diabetic ...........?

You can advise me to do .........?
I thank you in advance. Thank you very much.

Diagnostics are exclusivity of the doctor, because blood glucose figures may be affected by many things (interactions with other medications, for example).

Nor is venous blood glucose (blood test) the same as a digital blood glucose.

You have put in another post that the reactive strips had them 3 years ago ... they are probably expired.

The normal thing is that if you have doubts, that they can be reasonable seeing the figures you put, they tell the doctor and make you an analytical including glycosylated hemoglobin (it is the average of all the glycemia of the last 3 months) with glycemiaVenous of analysis and with glycosylated hemoglobin + a study of your history as a patient, the doctor should give you a diagnosis.
