New in the club that did not want to point me

Hello, I present myself,

I am Alberto in all the forums.

I am in Type 2 I take half a pill for now a day and it has been a very strong stick because I was previously what you consider a wild drink cocacola in vein the Italian food was my favorite and the best in the world for me, I managed inEasily half -bar meals, ultimately what anyone would describe as saved but as I have "touched" because nothing to take it.

I do not accept what they say of healthy life or healthAnd day is not put from viagra to the ass or accompanied by a clear payment friend but the older than 50 years. And another that I know with 75 only carries a crutch but when it enters the bar he throws the crutch so that they do not say that he is older and puts Gin Tonic's slut.Neither of the two disgusts a candy.

This only makes my theory reaffirm that the animals of healthy life and eating healthy is simply and plainly that we have had bad luck and now it is the difficult task of carrying it.

I found you in Google and you have been glad simply because in a post I have seen that there is a coil without sugar that I did not know about this since it was my breakfast I am not from coffee in the morning I like in the afternoon.

I have an added advantage that have made me easier for the difficult task of carrying this cross that I do not drink alcohool or beer or came just drinking cocacola now the 0 that I do not say what I think I do not smoke either.

I feel the tocho I've written but I needed to release it.

Welcome, Alberto.
With respect to Coca Cola, I am not a diabetic and the only one I take is 0, hey and assure you that you get used to it and you don't want the normal one.
And from the tail without sugar added, tell you the same thing, at home they are taken by the 2 girls and they like more than the other or that the Neskuik ...
You know, a little exercise and a balanced diet will help you, with your treatment, to keep this beast under a line ...
Much encouragement and here we are for what you need: D

Hello, Alberto.

To what they have told you, I want to add that Italian food is not only bad, but it is excellent, whenever you know how much you should eat it.Pasta is healthy. And being of type 2, if you can take it integral better than better.

Regarding bread, the same. The bread is good, always to its extent.

Of course, if you exercise, you can eat more of each thing and keep the glycemia at bay.

Not putting insulin, you must be more careful with meals, especially with sugars and quick absorption hydrates, but you are learned, you will see it.That's what we are here, to help.

Hi Alberto!I was also addicted to bread ... I didn't smoke, I don't like alcohol and Coca Cola already took it Zero before having diabetes ... Now I have also fond of the Pepsi Zero with Lima (which in summer you don't see how it enters) and to the nestee with lemon without sugar. Now I have changed the milk for almond without sugar and the sweetener with Stevia (at first I knew me fatal, now I have become accustomed); It's about exploring ... and taking care as well as possible to carry this disease as dignity.

Well, I don't understand why they jump to the top conversations and putting me that it was recently commented "last night", or "this morning."How can you know when it is a thread? You who seem to know so much ..... I don't like to comment on for commenting ... but I am very aware of the support we sometimes need, of people with whom we share a disease.I don't want to bother anyone with my comments.

@Cassie
Do not bother anyone, we like to resurface ancient issues again, sometimes there is the solution to what we ask.

For the most modern themes click where I frame in the photo:

Sometimes the most read are not the most recent. In the "little house" you will always have the most recent of any section of the forum.

I thank you and I never think of letting anyone know that the thread is 2011 and the safest that the one who opened it does not answer and the same is not because of bad education

Well yes, it is normal, people look for a solution and when we get it, we no longer return. But the answers remain and sometimes solve doubts of new users.
