Hello, someone knows something about L-carnitin.
I have heard insulin resistance improves.
That with that protein lower blood glucose levels and less insulin is needed.Has anyone tried it?

I would say that it is more related to triglycerides and cholesterol ... I also think it is used in dementias and Alzheimer's (this is sure, although its effectiveness in this is 0)

From insulin resistance I have not read anything.
Although if you lose weight you decrease insulin resistance ... it is drawer.
