Hello everyone!I leave this recipe that I have made at home, a chocolate puding without any sugar, very little flour (which is also integral), and that has been delicious! My father, who is diabetic, has loved it, and me too, nothing lasted and less ...;)
I hope you like it!
ingredients:
500ml of skim milk
3 egg yolks
30gr of integral flour
2 teaspoons of liquid stevia (or other sweetener you have by hand)
100gr of chocolate to melt without sugar
25gr of sugar -free chocolate
15gr of light butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
steps to follow:
1. We mix the flour with a splash of milk.
2. Add the egg yolks and beat.
3. We boil the milk with the stevia, and add it to the mixture we had.
4. We heat the mixture again, this time adding the chocolate in pieces and powder, butter and vanilla, and we are stirring until a homogeneous dough is left. The vanilla is optional, I think it gives a very rich touch (but eye that if the fire is very high can jump!)
5. PLEASE!Now put the dough in the containers that you like the most, and let them cool in the fridge.
Here you can see it with more details and photos that I have made of the whole process:
