Very good,

My name is Jesús Martínez Rodríguez, nurse of the province of Almería.I am carrying out an investigation of how diabetic people perceive their disease, that is, it is oriented to the affective and psychological spheres involved in the control of diabetes.
I seek collaboration in the collection of data for it.If you are diabetic or meet someone who is, I would greatly appreciate your collaboration.

Participation is based on making an anonymous questionnaire through the Internet.The duration of the same is around 25 minutes.If you access the questionnaire, do not forget to press the send button once finished.
