Hello everyone, I am white, type 1 diabetics for four years.Recently, I started to take my illness seriously, I do a lot of sport and I inject Lantus and Novorapid.I have managed to lower many kilos, but not before going through an eating disorder called Diabulimia.I recovered from that and lost the kilos that I took after treatment in a healthy way, of course.I have made a very restrictive diet, in terms of hydrates accounts, no clear sweets, a lotI want ... and of course my glycemia are a disaster.I do not get weight because I do very exercise, it is my way of compensating everything as.My fear is not being able to stop eating and when I do not exercise so much exercise, since I am prone to it and I should take care of myself as.I hope you can help me please. Thanks and kisses to all

Hello, blanquita.
I think we "know each other": D
You'll see how you feel here at home.
The restrictive diet was because you had taken many kilos?I am not endocrine, but I think, if the diet is excessively strict, it can generate anxiety.Maybe you should talk to the endo and ask him to put a diet that makes you lose weight more slowly and without anxiety.
Perhaps, rather than trying to lose weight in a short time, whether it is settled in another softer and more carrier type of food, together with the treatment of anxiety.
The exercise is very healthy, but, like everything, to its fair measure.Think that exercise rises glycemia, if it is very intense, in the short term, to enter free fall hours later.
Tell us what guideline of Lantus and Novorapid you carry, to see if we can take a hand.
Health and welcome home.

Blanquita, welcome to the forum! "!!
I think you will have to see why that "unleashed" for food, to be able to give it a solution.Don't you keep in touch with the specialists who treated your disorder? They may know you and know what is triggered in you ... If you recognize that you are having a problem sure it will soon solve it ... much encouragement and have our support for what you need. And please, tell us how you go .... Your experience is very important for all of us, for me, as a mother.
A kiss
