100% free sugar and little hydrates

As I carry little in this, now I am in full phase of "experimentation."I analyze with magnifying glass the results of the glucometer and correlate them with meals, physical activity, etc ....

With the results of the morning, I have noticed that it is better for me to have something before the time I used to do it, so that there is a longer time interval before bedtime.Ceno varied and well, but, when dessert arrives, I don't know very well what to take.Right now, practically nothing, (I packed glucometer values of more than 100 in the mornings that took me a sweetened yogurt at night). It is seen that after dinner, I do not metabolize just as well as the rest of the day, (I believe that due to inactivity during the sleep period, which was previously referred to in another post).

In the end, could you advise me for dessert something that does not carry any sugar, (with little hydrates)? Ah, and that paste for the night, it is understood. Now that I reread everything, it gives me that the question is a bit silly, but hey, there I leave it.

Greetings and thanks to all.

Only a sweetened yogurt? As I understand, two sweetened yogurts are equivalent to a ration, so a single yogurt is a half ration, so it does not have to get sugar much ... As for other low -hydrates desserts ... right now notI fall but here is a list that passed me here and that marks the grams-carbohydrates grams and is quite well, so that you orient you a bit: Link ... 5_02.htm#4

I hope it serves you, greetings.

If you find a sugarless jelly, sweetened, you can take a dessert 0/0, that is, exempt from sugar, calories and fat.

For a while, I gave it to my daughter, I bought it in a herbalist, but stopped bringing it.It was called Zelatin (or something similar) and was manufactured in Germany.I have not found it again, although I suppose that in large surfaces or specialized stores there may be.

And why don't you try to eat some apple or pear fruit that carries few carbohydrates? If you need to remove some bread at dinner or similar and you can eat fruit that it is so beneficial for us.

Arrobita, I am with Jordi is this: a sweetened natural yogurt is medium ration. If you are with high figures in the morning, nothing will have to do with that yogurt, I assure you :)) I don't know what insulin guidelSlow hydrates (rice, pasta ...) But that post -Relief almost certainly is not to blame.Everyone is different, of course, but I have been having my ration of fruit for years, or curd with honey, or what I want within my 5 rations of dinner hydrates and I have not had problems.Rice at night is what sometimes bothers me a little.

I ceno 2 sweetened natural yogurts if I am below 120 at bedtime, and I get up between 70-100.

Moreover, you can also change the two yogurts for 1 glass of milk.

To me the milk rises quite a lot but the yogurts, on the other hand, barely affect me ...

Well, I usually have fruit, 200g of watermelon or melon, it can also be a small (100g) apple piece, pear, orange ... I think it is very important to eat the fruit.a day as 2 rations always after large meals and in the end so that the absorption is slower. This is what my diteistic proposed it to me and I do very well.
