The fruit is always going well, except before bedtime because the sugar goes up a lot in my case, you get up 2 or a coffee with decaffeinated milk and 1 apple, and endure well until 12 or so with a yogurt,At night is when I don't take it the same as not potatoes and little bread at that time

Well, the watermelon for a lot of water that carries a high (Ig 75 and the melon 60 ... incredible) ... what best are going to me are strawberries.Too bad the season is over.

I like 3 pieces minimum per day, and I don't notice large climbs.One day a week I allow myself even a small banana for mid -morning.
What I most notice that I get up are kiwis and oranges.But well I take them to snack that I have insulin guidance in the snack.
You have to take fruit that now in summer is asked for the body to shout !!
