Hello everyone!
My question is because glycemia go up after breakfast and the rest of the day are normal. In the morning I have 105 +O- and after breakfast 180, the rest of the day before the meals do not reach 90 and after eating they do not go from 120. I hear 50 kilos and I no longer need insulin, I take half metformin by theTomorrow and a half at night.
Could you guide me?

Hi Prado!
Well, my breakfast consists in 200ml of skim milk with decaffeinated and saccharin (Natreen) and 15g of toasted bread.
The diet was put by the Hospital's Nutri because 8 months ago I did the stomach reduction. At 2 hours I had 91 I don't understand anything.

In the morning hormones are secreted.like cortisol, which increase insulin resistance. If at two hours you are at 90, that punctual peak will be no problem. While hemoglobin remains in good values, you can be calm.
