Health recommends the vaccine for heart chronicles, diabetes and cancer

The Ministry of Health has disseminated this afternoon a list of chronic diseases in which flu A vaccination is indicated, including cardiovascular (excluding hypertension), respiratoryness, morbid obesity, some diabetes and cancer patients treated withchemotherapy.

The respiratory includes bronch-pulmonary dysplasia, cystic fibrosis and moderate-shaped persistent asthma.

In addition, the following chronic diseases are cited: .- Type I and Type II diabetes mellitus with pharmacological treatment.

.- Moderate-Grave renal insufficiency.

.- Moderate-Graves hemoglobinopathies and anemias.

.- Asplenia (absence of spleen).

.- Advanced chronic liver disease.

.- Serious neuromuscular diseases.

.- Patients with immunosuppression (including that originated by HIV infection or drugs or transplant receptors).Here cancer patients are treated with chemotherapeutics.

.- Morbid obesity (body mass index equal to or greater than 40).

.- Boys and girls and adolescents, under 18 who receive prolonged treatment with acetylsalicylic acid, due to the possibility of developing a REYE syndrome
