I have controlled type II diabetes with diet and pill.My daily morning controls give values between 90-120.I have been uploaded to 135 a week and I do not know the reasons, since neither my diet nor my habits have changed. I amocially have no alterations.
You can only blame the intake of 4 or 5 pieces of summer fruit.Peaches, pears or nectarines.

Do you take those fruits before measuring or throughout the day?

If you decrease the activity and/or eat more fruit than usual (carbohydrates) an increase in blood glucose is logical ...

Do you measure myself that always?

Yeah.I measure me every day at 6:45 in the morning, and I no longer make measurements. It is true that I have diminished my physical activity since I was only going to walk 2 days a week and now none.

The heat alone does not decrease or increase blood glucose, what happens is that with heat we do not eat the same, at least it takes away my hunger and we increase or reduce physical activity, we change our habits and that makes us have variations ofglycemiaI believe that if you do physical activity you will return to the measurements before.

I also believe that the lack of physical activity destabilizes me - although other seasons also stopped and did not go so much.I will try to move a little.
Thank you
