Greetings and thanks for what can help me.Lowering the insulin is more uploaded to me and subjected to a strict dioeta of vegetables and no carbohydrates, I weigh 60 kilos and the nutritionist told me that I was going to give me another illness due to malnutrition so I left the treatment.
That dates 5 years ago, the truth is that I have begun to feel tingling on my feet and this is no longer well, the other is that I get ahcer zero diet and carbohydrates bread rice, potato, and low weight quickly.
To make matters worse, we are with this pest of the infenza ah1n1 Hy say that we are the diabetics in the riezgo group.
I am 45 years old and weight 70 kilos and I measure 1.75 kg.
I ask this tingling on my feet if I put myself in a strict control of glycemia.
Thanks for your contribution

Well, Greg, I hope to guide you.

So you tell, no endocrine is treating you, but a header.I think it would be convenient for you to go to an endocrine and give you clear guidelines for food and medication.I do not think that suppressing carbohydrates so radically is neither useful nor good.

The tingling may be due to bad control, but I think it is important that a specialist assesses it.

And the flu I don't think that it is what should worry about now.
Go to the endocrine and tell us.

Greetings
