Hi there.
I would like to see if someone can send me the rations of hydrates, proteins etc ... What do you do at meals.
It is that I am doing a diet of 1200kcal, and I do not have the table where I put the rations that I must eat, I have it 1500kcal.
Thank you

Holas

I recommend two pages:

It is a complete diet manual by portions.

You have the answer to your question :)) By the way, they can't download those of Bayer.

Thanks for giving me this page. The truth is that there puts everything very detailed, but I refer to me (or I have not seen it) is a table in which I give you for example:
Breakfast: 2r of hydrates, 1r of proteins etc ...
You know what I mean ???????.

Thanks again

Well, Silvina I think you have not seen it, because if it comes.

There are 4 feeding plans: 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000.

And they put the rations, I put it anyway.

Breakfast: 1 milk 1 hydrates
Mid -morning: 2 fruit
Lunch: 2 proteins, 1 vegetables, 2 hydrates, 2 fruit, 1 fat
Snack: 0.5 milk
Dinner: 2 proteins, 1 vegetables, 2 hydrates, 2 fruit, 1 fats
Before sleeping: 0.5 milk
