Hello Marina

In my opinion, the 2 best endocrine in Valencia are Dr. Ampudia (Clinical Hospital) and Dr. Merino (La Fe Hospital). The first also has a private consultation (if you are looking for Germany clinic you will find it).

In any case, and in my humble opinion, the endocrine only help, diabetes is not regulated by endocrine ... we regulate the patients themselves. The endocrine set the minimum patterns of the drugs and interpret the analysis ... and little else. The remaining 360 days of the year we are only with diabetes.

There are times that it is easier to talk to the educator in Diabetes, Pepa Gabaldón in the Clinic or Mayte Criminalba in the faith are wonderful.

Other times, it is the psychologist who improves hemoglobin through changes in our behavior, our way of facing things ...

Other times just to see what other people of our same age do we already learn ... getting involved in helping other people can also help ...

Maybe you can find more help in the Valencia Diabetes Association.

In summary, the endos are necessary but not enough to control diabetes ... we need ourselves and some other people.

All the best
