Hello, I am a rookie in everything, we have been less than a month.I type 3 and my type 1 daughter (with 13 years).To encourage her, I tell her that she is better than me, that she goes up to the top of the podium and I stay at the lowest, for her sport she has climbed a podium several times ..... You have to encourage usfrom time to time!!!
