tuna with avocado salad

Amounts for 2 people.
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
100 g of cherry tomatoes
1 red pepper
parsley
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
pepper
2 tablespoons of samiles
2 tuna slices (150 g each)
2 medium cooked potatoes cut into dice

In a bowl mix the avocado cut into dice, the tomatoes cut in half, the pepper cut into pieces, the parsley, the mashed garlic, the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of oil.Season to taste with salt and pepper.Cover and leave about 30 min in the refrigerator.

Make the sesame seeds, spread them on a plate and batter the tuna slices trying to be well covered by both sides

Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil, add potato dice and fry until golden brown.Remove them out of the pan and drain them into a kitchen paper

Add tuna slices in the hot pan and brown them

Distribute the avocado salad the dishes.Incorporate a slice of tuna and potato in each.
