Hello!I leave you a recipe for chocolate, integral and sugar muffins, although as always, care the amounts of hydrates that you take according to your type;)

They are very rich and they are very easy to do, I hope you like them!

Ingredients (14 Magdalenas)

3 medium eggs
200gr of integral flour
125gr of black or milk chocolate, without sugar (on tablet, if it is to melt, better)
35-50gr of cocoa powder without sugar (to taste)
50gr of butter
10gr of Stevia (to taste)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
A pinch of yeast (1 gram serves us)

Steps to follow

1. We preheat the oven to 210º, we let it warm up while preparing the dough.
2. In a saucepan, we melt the chocolate tablet with the butter, along with a pair of water soups, which will help to mix better.See stirring until there is a homogeneous mass, and remove the mixture from the fire.
3. In a bowl, we pour the mixture and beat it well along with the eggs.
4. Add the flour, yeast and stevia, and beat again.
5. We only have to add the oil and vanilla, remove well, and we will have the dough ready.
6. Now we place the dough carefully in the molds (mine are silicone, which are going very well because the dough does not stick and we must not put butter or anything), and put them in the oven tray.As you will see, I have put some papers for muffins inside the molds, and so when they leave they will have them with paper, to be able to eat them more comfortably (and more beautiful, what milks).
7. We bake a half horita at 180º, we take out and let cool.List!

Here I leave the link to the recipe with step by step, so you can see it better:
