Dear friend. The good intention is appreciated but that I know little or nothing to do with sugar consumption with type II diabetes (unless you infly and get in 200 kg in which case. What would be worse would not be sugar, but obesity). In reality, other factors such as obesity, hypertension, diabetic inheritance, sedentary lifestyle, eating excess fats and carbohydrates, etc.The best prevention is to play sports and eat healthy and in some cases if the family inheritance is very strong, or with those you can avoid having it ... (I carry without taking sugar practically my whole life ... doing cakes with saccharin and saccharin andTaking the coffee with nothing that sweetens it and yet I made me diabetics a year and a half ago ...)
Thanks anyway for goodwill ...;)
